 Tool is OK but it needs instructions for casual user. September 10, 2010

The wrench is sturdy but its use for a non-professional, casual user is not intuitively easy. Pictures of various case-opening types, i.e. for holes, oyster(?), polygonal and slotted cases, would be useful as well as which pins are which, . Even the wrench width adjustments needs some explanation. I figured it out but it isn't easy.

I thought I had read the reviews & info carefully enough before I purchased this item, but I was unable to get it to work to remove the back of a children's Timex watch. I wanted it to work for snap-back watch covers. It's still possible that I just didn't figure out how to use it correctly because the tool comes with no instructions. The box refers you to a website called "[...]." I suggest going to that website before you purchase to make sure it will work for your watch.
I ended up using a letter opener to get the watch back open. I will probably order a knife-style watch back opener to use next time.

This is worth getting. Why spend Money paying some Jeweler to change your battery when you can do it yourself for free!
It's made just good enough to get the job done for the price offered.( Made in China) Comes with multiple pins to fit your watch casing.
I used it on my Swiss Army Victorinox and it took the Titanium back off with ease!

I NEEDED TO OPEN MY ROLEX AND DID NOT WANT TO SPEND MUCH. I FOUND THIS WRENCH AND THOUGHT I WOULD GIVE IT A TRY. IT IS PRETTY WELL MADE AND DOES THE JOB. I WOULD RECOMMEND IT IF YOU NEED TO OPEN A ROLEX.
