These steel grade balls were perfect, I used them as a core for para-cord key chains, and they work perfectly, have almost a mirror finish on them.

Recently I needed an 1/8" steel ball for a pistol I was working on. The safety plunger was overly stiff to use and this chromed ball was the perfect replacement. It was a hard item to find when searching the web. Shopping at Amazon filled a need. Thanks Amazon.

I purchased these to use as replacement for bearings in my Fender Stratocaster roller nut. Nobody sells these as a guitar part, so they enabled me to fix the guitar without buying the whole nut assembly. Perfect fit.
